Steven Eichenlaub, age 48, passed away on December 16, 2021 at his home in West Portsmouth. Steve was 1991 Portsmouth High School graduate. Steve was an avid gun enthusiast, loved the outdoors, enjoyed his motorcycles, four wheelers, boats. He loved spending time with his family.

 

Steven was born in Portsmouth, OH, to James Slusher and Lois “Marie” Sargent.

He was preceded in death by, grandparents: Warren Eichenlaub, Ova and Rurie Slusher.

He is survived by his parents, Lois “Marie” Sargent of West Portsmouth, and James (Mary) Slusher of Minford, one son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Marissa Eichenlaub, Jr. of Clarktown, one daughter, Brooklyn Clark of AL, one grandmother, Lois Eichenlaub of Mc Dermott, five sisters, Kristina (Kenneth) Adkins of Waverly, Cheryl Sargent of Lucasville, Tina (Jared) Pierce of Minford, Cora (Brent) Essman of Minford, Roxanne Slusher of Minford, four brothers: Daniel (Jennifer) Sargent of Mc Dermott, Justin Sargent of West Portsmouth, Todd Colley of Clarktown, Clint (Tiffany) Slusher of Minford, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

 

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at

FC Daehler Mortuary, 915 Ninth Street, Portsmouth.

Services are immediately following at 6:00 PM. Pastor George Vastine officiating.
