Lisa Lynne White Bennett
Lisa Lynne White Bennett, 60, of Portsmouth, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2021, her 60th birthday, with her family by her side. She was born in 1961 to the late Paul Eugene and Betty Ruth (Martin) White in Portsmouth.
Lisa was a homemaker and had attended Portsmouth East Schools in her youth. She was a huge OSU Buckeyes fan, but most importantly, she enjoyed being with her grandchildren, “Granny’s babies”.
She is survived by her two daughters, Heather Dawn Bennett (Danny) Blanton of Piketon and Rachel Lynn Bennett (Michael) Davis of Waverly; five grandchildren, Dani Rae and Raedan Blanton, Michael, Jacob and Wesley Davis; three brothers, Kelly White of Rosemount, Randy (Sharon) White and Jeffrey White, all of Sciotoville; two sisters, Karen (David) Bennett of West Portsmouth and Lana Basham of Sciotoville; and many nieces, nephews and their families as well as many friends.
In addition to her parents, Lisa was also preceded in death by her grandparents, a sister-in-law, Geralyn White; and step-mother, Ruth White.
Funeral services will be held at noon Friday at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Rev. Acy Gibson officiating and interment in Pine Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral hour. Masks will be required for all who attend services.
