Tennie Martin

Tennie Martin, 91 of Greenup, Kentucky went to be with her lord on Oct. 3, 2021 in Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. She was born in Tongs, Kentucky, Sept. 25, 1930, a daughter of the late Orville and Maggie Gahan Traylor. She was a member of the Brick Union Gospel Lighthouse Church.

Preceded in death by her husband, Tramble Martin, 1994, brothers, Austin Traylor, Russell Traylor, sisters, Katherine Harr, Bridget Stalder, Violet Kelley, Irene Barker, one great-grandchild, Morgan DeBoard.

Surviving are four children, Arnoldias (Carlos) Harr of Grove City, Ohio, Sharon (Bob) Hillard of Jackson, Ohio, Larry (Joan) Martin of South Shore, Kentucky, Rick Martin of Greenup, Kentucky, grandchildren, Ellen (Chris) Weatherby, Carla DeBoard, Rob (Mindy) Hillard, Bryan (Carol) Harr, Lorie (Eric) Duncan, Richie (Amy) Harr, great-grandchildren, Ethan DeBoard, Garrett DeBoard, Bryson Harr, Caleb Harr, Conner Harr, Parker Harr, Levi Hillard, Danielle Hillard, Paige Duncan, Tate Duncan, Ryleigh Duncan.

Funeral services will be held at the Brick Union Gospel Lighthouse Church at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 8, 2021 with Pastor Carl Collier, officiating. Burial will follow in Martin Cemetery, Greenup, Kentucky. Friends may call at the church on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021 from 6 till 8 p.m. and from 11 a.m. till the service hour on Friday.
