Sharon Kay Stephens

Sharon Kay Stephens, 71, of Portsmouth, passed away Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021 at the SOMC Hospice Center. She was born in Portsmouth, July 13, 1950, a daughter of the late Theodore and Garnet McAllister Moore. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Stephens on February 22, 2015, whom she married in Portsmouth on Dec 16, 1967. She was the homemaker for her family.

Sharon is survived by three sons; Robert Lee Stephens, Jr., of Portsmouth, Teddy R. (Jennifer) Stephens of Portsmouth, Christopher “Joey” Stephens of Portsmouth; two daughters, Carrie Ann Stephens of Portsmouth, Alisa Stephens of Portsmouth; eight grandchildren, Raychel and Chyeanne Collins, Angeleah and Kelsey Stephens, Kaylee, Taunya(Mitch) and Nick (Gabrielle) Smith and Angie Witzel. Sharon was also preceded in death by her brother, Ray Moore.
