Wanda Arlene Kneiss
Wanda Arlene Kneiss, 87, of Otway, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
She was born October 9, 1933, in Kirtland, Ohio, a daughter of the late Edward and Edna Smith Redler.
Wanda was a homemaker, a member of the Pleasant Valley Community of Christ, and a 1952 Willoughby High School graduate.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Richard Kneiss, June 2, 2021; and two sisters, Dee Brewster and Dorothy Whipple.
Wanda is survived by her son, Kenneth George (Audrey) Kneiss Sr. of Otway; her daughter, Della Mowery of New Mexico; eight grandchildren, Kenneth (Michelle) Kneiss Jr., Chris (Krysti) Kneiss, Justin Kneiss, Derek (Melissa) Mowery, Daniel (Jacqi) Mowery, Kim (Scott) Rimby, Heather (Ray) Fletcher, and Genia Marchant; and 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at the Pleasant Valley Community of Christ with Daron Lilly, Phil Crabtree, and her son, Kenny Kneiss officiating. Entombment will be in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater, Florida. Friends may call from noon till the funeral hour Wednesday at the church before the service. Arrangements are under the direction of the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville.
