Wheelersburg-John Henry Harr, 85, of Wheelersburg, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Concord Health and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born August 6, 1936, in South Shore, Kentucky, a son of the late Albert and Anna Daniels Harr.
John was a retired laborer for B.F. Goodrich and a member of Starlight Enterprise Baptist Church.
He was also preceded in death by two daughters, Linda Lou and Susan Kay; and four brothers, Otis, Oscar, Jim, and Eddie Paul.
John is survived by his wife, Lucille Burchett Harr, whom he married September 20, 1993, in London, KY; children, John Allen, Mark Edward, Ruth Marie, Jackie Ann, Bonnie Faye, Lisa Annette, Karen Lea, and Jode Lynn; one stepdaughter, Susan Renee Snyder of Wheelersburg; many grandchildren and step grandchildren; many great great grandchildren and step-great great grandchildren; and one sister, Janet Dixon of Greenup.
Graveside services will be conducted 1:45 p.m. Friday in Oswego Cemetery with Scott Kuhn and Bo Tackett officiating. Friends may call 11:30 till 1 p.m. Friday at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville prior to the graveside service.
