Charles D. Baker

Charles D. Baker, 80, of Minford passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 at his residence. Born September 8, 1941 in Scioto County, a son of the late William “Brice” Baker and Goldie Mullins Baker-Blackburn, he was a former employee of Minford Feed & Supply and attended Stockdale Baptist church.

He is survived by one daughter, Charlene Baker; a son-in-law, Randolph Bartley; one sister, Hazel Marie Baker-Reid; half sister, Juanita Blackburn-Fraulini; two step daughters, Donna Jean (Jerry) Burton, Charlotte Jane (Mose) Norman, and two grandsons, Bob (Angel) Ware and Peyton Alexander Norman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, C. Redea Baker on May 22, 2005, and two brothers, Thelmer Lee Baker and John D. Baker.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021 at White Cemetery in Minford with Pastor Rick Evans officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
