Paul David Bobst

Paul David Bobst, 78, of Wheelersburg, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at SOMC-ICU in Portsmouth. Paul was born in Wheelersburg, September 19, 1942 to the late Paul and Katharyn Vulgamore Bobst. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Lou Skaggs and a brother, Earl “Sonny” Bobst and a grandson, Randall K. Bobst. Paul is survived by his wife, Carolyn Blair Bobst, whom he married July 14, 1962. Paul graduated from Wheelersburg High School in 1961. He worked on Lang’s farm, Harrison Funeral Home and Koch Hardware and he was also owner of Dave’s Plumbing and Electric. Paul is survived by two sons, Roger (Beverly) Bobst of Las Vegas and Ryan Bobst of Wheelersburg; two daughters, Rhonda Bobst of New Boston and Rita (Chris) Stone of Wheelersburg; nine grandchildren and great grandchildren. Paul attended Garden City Freewill Baptist Church. Per Paul’s request there will be no visitation and a private immediate burial.
