Nancy Lee Morrow Oiler
Nancy Lee Morrow Oiler, 86 of West Portsmouth, died Friday August 20, 2021 at Rest Haven Nursing Home. She was born January 19, 1935 in Scioto County to the late Arthur and Betty Barlow Morrow.
A 1953 graduate of Portsmouth West High School, Nancy was of strong Christian faith. She was a lifelong member of Nauvoo United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir for many years. She had worked at Marting’s, The Copy Cat, Euton reality, The Flower Shop in the Market place, South 23 Flee market and Williams Shoe Manufacturing. Along with her parents,
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Leonard “Lum” Oiler, her son Steven Oiler, her daughter, Julie Ann Oiler, a brother, Paul Morrow (Betty), and 3 sisters; Barbara Charles, Mary Kay Hawk and Julia Walters.
Nancy is survived by a daughter-in-law Carol Oiler, whom cared for her the past 5 years, 4 grandchildren; Heather (Josh) Blevins, Josh Oiler, Megan (Caleb) Salyers and Ian Gill, 7 great grandchildren; Canaan, Reese and Ramsey Conkel, Brayden Craft, Mason Roe, J.P. Blevins and Mia Blevins, a sister Nora Netzer, a brother, Joe Morrow and her life long best friend Wylodine Jones. She also had a special fur baby “Lucky Charm”
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday August 26, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor Pete Shaffer officiating and interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
