Donna K. Wise

Donna K. Wise, 60, of Portsmouth passed away July 28, 2021 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born May 7, 1961 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Arthur and Ruth (Fannon) Sullivan.
Donna attended Minford High School, was an EMT for many years, enjoyed shopping, vacationing in Tennessee and spending time with her family.
Donna was the very loving mother and grandmother of two sons, D.J. Wise and Corey Wise and wife Bethany all of Portsmouth; daughter, Samantha Ruggles and husband Johnathan of Portsmouth; brothers, John (Phyllis) Sullivan of Ft. Worth, TX., Dennis Sullivan of Arkansas and Terry (Deborah) Sullivan of Portsmouth; sisters, Judy Sullivan-Butler of Marion, Peggy (George) Williams of South Shore, KY and Heidi (Roger) Thompson of Marion; six grandchildren, Alex and Ericka, Austin and Charlotta, Ethan, Trevor, Haleigh and Chloe; great-grandchildren, Brandon and Joanna. Her best friends of many years, Annette Peck and Sharon Donini.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Wise; a brother George Sullivan and an infant sister, Diana.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday July 31, 2021 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME, Wolfe-Nelson Chapel in Sciotoville with Pastor Robert Coffey officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM at the funeral home.
