Sharon Linda Biggs Palmer

Sharon Linda Biggs Palmer, 79 of Portsmouth died Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Rosemount Pavilion of Portsmouth. She was born April 29, 1942 in Portsmouth to the late Joseph and Beatrice Zornes Biggs. She was a 1960 graduate of Portsmouth West High school. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Dale, Bud, Colby, and an infant brother Timothy Biggs. Sharon is survived by a son Elijah “Eli” Clinton Palmer of Manteca, CA, a granddaughter Samantha Higgins of Portsmouth, brothers, Joseph, Jerry, Douglas, and Duane Biggs. Sisters; Cindy Biggs and Joellen Hatfield, as well as her special sister-in-law Anna Biggs, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 1:00PM Wednesday July 14, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday starting at 11:00AM.
