Mary Edythe Daniels Hutchinson
Mary Edythe Daniels Hutchinson went to be with the Lord on the morning of April 26th. She was surrounded by her family who loved her dearly. She was a faithful Christian of long standing and a member of Swauger Valley Free Will Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Charles, two sons, John and Gary Lee, also by her parents, John and Beryl Daniels, and three sisters, Geraldine Piguet Dundee, Hazel Chapman, Maxine Willis and one brother, Gerald (Steed) Daniels.
She was a loving and giving woman to all who knew her. She was famous for the pies she baked and the flowers she grew.
She leaves behind three daughters, Donna (Ron) Parker, Brenda (Jim) Potters, and Mary Ann (Joe) Krake, ten grandchildren, Amy (Parker) Perry, Ted, Shane and Selena Parker, Jamie (Adkins) Brown and Jay, Laura (Adkins) Williams and Ty, Tracy (Sexton) Hatfield and Jeremy, Nathan Sexton, Zachary and Nicole Sexton, Ryan Hutchinson, Anna (Potters) Kemper and Chad, and Jim and Jessica Potters, 22 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all of us left behind.
Funeral services will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Ron Parker and Mike Simpson officiating. Burial will be at Old Wheelersburg Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Thursday prior to the service. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
