Glenda Sue Smith

Glenda Sue Smith, 67 of Portsmouth passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 at her residence. Born August 11, 1953 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Glen Smedley and Helen Jones Smedley Wheeler, she was a office secretary. She loved horses and spending time with family.

She is survived by two sons, Shane Smith, Wesley (Vickie) Smith; one brother, Terry (Sally) Smedley, and two nieces, Teagan and Melissa. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Joe Smith on June 20, 2006.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace with Mike Simpson officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
