Marlene Boldman

Marlene Boldman, 78, of Lucasville, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021 at her residence.
She was born June 29, 1942 in Sciotoville, a daughter of the late Chester and Jessie Jamison Kilgore.
Marlene was a homemaker, a 1960 Valley High School graduate, and attended Rubyville Community Church.
She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Daniel Boldman; brothers, Chester Kilgore Jr., Benny, Clayton, Donald, Lloyd, and Carl Kilgore; and two sisters, Ethel and Mable.
Marlene is survived by two sons, Kenny (Connie) Boldman of Lucasville and Jeff Boldman of Circleville; one daughter, Julie (Tyson) Whitt of Canal Winchester; two grandchildren whom she helped raise, Melea (A.J.) Osborne and Dara (Justin) Belcher-six grandchildren, Brittani (Jared) Bentley, Courtney (Brandon) Holbrook, Larin (Chad) Perry, Treg (Whitney) Cunningham, Makynlee Whitt, and Maddox Whitt; 13 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Marjorie Lakes and Helen Franklin both of Cleveland, Tennessee.
Funeral services will be conducted at noon, Thursday, April 15, 2021 at the Rubyville Community Church with Calvin Ray Evans and Brian Baer officiating. Burial will follow in Lucasville Cemetery. Friends may call 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville and an hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.
