Zachary Ryan Lancaster

Zachary Ryan Lancaster, 34, of Otway passed away on Monday February 22, 2021 at his residence.  Zack suffered from a chronic illness for years.  He was born on August 14, 1986 in Maysville, Kentucky to William “Buzz” Lancaster and Rhonda Rudd Lancaster who survive.  In addition to his parents he is survived by his children whom he loved with his whole heart, Braylon Ryan Lancaster and Addison Rae Lancaster both of Otway; his brother, Rory (Alicia) Lancaster of Centerville; niece Laina; nephew Cohen; grandmother, Mary Rudd; a very special friend whom he loved dearly, Martina Horsley of West Portsmouth and her children, Marty, Morgan and Ryan Clere.  He leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his grandfather Ollie Rudd.

Zack is a 2005 graduate of Northwest High School and Scioto County JVS.  In 2007 he graduated from Nashville Auto Diesel College in Nashville, Tennessee.  When his health permitted he enjoyed camping and doing anything outdoors with his children. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral services will be held on at 1:00 P.M. Monday, March 1, 2021 at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway.  Burial will follow in the Manchester Cemetery in Manchester, Ohio. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. and one hour prior to the service.
