Charlotte Mantel

Charlotte Mantel, 75, of Delaware, Ohio, formerly of Portsmouth, died Friday, February 19, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.  She was born on April 4, 1945 to the late Gordon and Ocie Cooper Holsinger.  Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Mantel, and a brother, Chester Holsinger.  She was a homemaker and a beloved mother.

Charlotte is survived by; 6 sons, James Mantel, Daniel (Tina) Snedecor, Thomas (Dorie) Mantel III, David Snedecor, Michael Mantel, and Timothy (Diedre) Mantel; 4 daughters, Belinda (Fred) Evans, Annette McCafferty, Anita (Derrell) Fisher, and Michelle (Clarence McGlone) Mantel, 19 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and a brother, Eugene Holsinger.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM, Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth and interment to follow at McKendree Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00AM to 1:00PM.  Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
