Carlos Michael Farrell

Carlos Michael Farrell, 57, of Wheelersburg, passed away Monday, January 18, 2021 at SOMC in Portsmouth, after a battle with Cancer.  Carlos was born August 13, 1963 in Portsmouth, to John Farrell and the late Pearl Messer Farrell.  Carlos was a high school graduate and was employed as a truck driver for Walmart, dispatched out of Grove City.  He was of Freewill Baptist faith.  In addition to his mother, Carlos was preceded in death by two sisters, Patty Charles and Wanda Farrell.  He is survived by his wife, Towanna Grant Farrell whom he married December 6, 2008 in South Webster.  Also surviving are four sons, Jonathan Farrell, Lazarus Chapman, Gabriel Chapman and Grant Farrell; a brother, Steve Farrell (Val); two sisters, Nancy Gulley (J. B.) and Vicki McCoy (Dave) and two grandchildren.

Services for Carlos will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Jeremy Moore officiating.  Interment will be in Vernon Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home 6:00-8:00 pm Friday, January 22, 2021 and one hour before the service on Saturday.  COVID restrictions require masks and social distancing.  The funeral home does not provide masks.  Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
