Steven Daniel Mowery Sr

Steven Daniel Mowery Sr., 73, of Minford, Ohio, born June 4, 1947, died January 5, 2021 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Paulette Mowery, whom he married March 8, 1971 in Portsmouth; loved son, Steven Daniel Mowery Jr. of South Shore, KY; seven grandchildren, Alisha Lewis (Misty) Brown of McDermott, Amanda (Kevin Smith) Crabtree of Michigan, Daniel Brightwell of Michigan, Stephanie Danielle Mowery (Tyler) Burton of South Portsmouth, KY, Steven Daniel Mowery III of South Portsmouth, KY, Hannah (Daniel Dixon) Mowery of West Portsmouth, Jennifer Mowery of South Portsmouth, KY; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Wanda Black; and three brothers, Terry Mowery, Larry Timberlake and Fred Timberlake.
Steve was preceded in death by his daughter, Robin Kiernan; his mother, Imogene Timberlake; and his father, William B. Mowery.
Steve was a Shawnee State University graduate and a computer programmer for Tri-legion in Columbus. He loved music and played many instruments.
Funeral services will be held 7 p.m., Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville with Bud Mefford officiating. Friends may call from 5:30 p.m. till the funeral hour Saturday at the funeral home.
