Thelma Louise Webb

Thelma Louise Webb, 80 of McDermott died Monday, January 4, 2021 at SOMC Hospice.  She was born August 18, 1940 in Portsmouth to the late Carl and Eva Waugerman Wise.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Webb, 2 sisters; Rosemary and Katherine, and 5 brothers; Harvey, Eugene, Tommy, Paul and Eddie.

She retired from Resthaven as a housekeeper.

Thelma is survived by a daughter, Debbie Montgomery, a son, David Seargent, 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, a brother, Carl “Jr” (Mona) Wise, a special friend, Patty, along with several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to give special thanks to caregiver, Peggy.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, January 7, 2021 at the Roger W.
