Eva “Toni” Carpenter,
Eva “Toni” Carpenter, age 68, died at her home on December 23, 2020. She was born in Warren on August 16, 1952 the daughter of Luther and Betty A. (Minzelli) Burchett. She spent a majority of her life in North Bloomfield and Bristolville.
Eva graduated from North Bloomfield High School in 1970 and spent the next couple of decades raising her two daughters in Bristolville. She loved all things purple, Elvis and anything to do with the law. She studied to become a paralegal receiving her Associates Degree.
Survivors include her mother Betty “Toni” Burchett of Garettsville, two daughters Sandra Fisher of Niles, and Lori J. Carpenter of Tortola, British Virgin Islands, sister Tamara (Frank) Casper of Mantua, grandchildren Zoe and Zane Fisher, whom she loved dearly, aunt Wanda Minzelli and her dear friend Bob James.
She was preceded in death by her father Luther Burchett and her two brothers Dr. Douglas and Brian Burchett.
A Funeral Mass officiated by Rev. John P. Madden will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2020, 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 103 N. Maple Street, Orwell, OH 44076. Visitation will be held at church prior to mass starting at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements are being entrusted to Paine Funeral Home, Inc., Orwell, OH. Condolences may be made at painefuneralhome.com.
