Ronald Isaac Knisley

Ronald Isaac Knisley, 83, of Otway, Ohio passed away Friday, August 7, 2020 at his home.  He was born July 18, 1937 in Jeffersonville, Ohio to the late Ancil Knisley and Christina Bellar Knisley.  On November 2, 1974 he was united in marriage to Judy Lee Knisley who preceded him in death on September 20, 2016. Surviving are his children, Karla (Jeff) Mongold of New Vienna, Ohio, Donna (Kevin) Mette of Peebles, Ohio, Linda (Cecil) Sizemore of Jeffersonville, and Fred Riley of Rarden, Ohio; grandchildren, Matthew (Ronalee) Mongold, Jolean Lyons, Travis Gill, Destiny Riley, Kiara Riley, Cruz Riley, Cory (Brittany) Townsend, and Kandi (Rob) Roepke; 15 great-grandchildren; a sister, Sheroba “Toby” (Loyd) Gilley; and a brother, Herman Knisley.  In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by sisters,  Carolyn Mason, Charlotte Knisley and brothers, Loni Knisley, Randy Knisley, and Chester Knisley.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway with Pastor Bob Davis officiating.  Burial will follow in U.P. Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
