Julie Ann Powell
Julie Ann Powell, 63, of Otway, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020 at Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born March 14, 1956 in Portsmouth, Ohio daughter of Leroy and Hatti Webb Montgomery. On October 17, 1975 Julie was united in marriage to Paul Powell who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Andrea Freeland and husband Michael and Jessica Caudill and husband Paris; two granddaughters, Tayler Freeland and Olivia Tackett; two grandsons Nolan Caudill and Paris Michael Caudill III; a sister, Rhonda Hughes and husband Brian; a niece, Mandy Charlton and husband Nathan and mother-in-law, Bertha Powell. Julie is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Paul Eugene Powell.
Julie was a homemaker and a member of Oswego Community Church.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2020 at Garvin Cemetery in Otway with Pastor Danny Powell officiating.
