Teddy Shuff

Teddy was born on July 6, 1937, to Clarence and Hazel Shuff. He married Lamon Pyles Shuff December 21, 1956 and had three beautiful daughters and one son. Teddy worked at Phoenix Pie Co until they closed. Then he moved on to work at Savory Foods until retirement. He loved gardening, raising cattle, and spending time with family and friends.

Teddy was preceded in death by wife Lamon Shuff, daughter Anna Mace, sisters Irene Stone and Ethel Jordan, significant other Linda Knickells, great-grandson Weston Charles Wilburn, and grandson Michael Mace.

Teddy is survived by his children, Mary Rawlins (Adrian Rawlins) of South Webster, Ohio, Linda Charles (John Charles) of South Webster, Ohio, and David Shuff of Athens, Ohio. Grandchildren Andrea Cornell (Kevin Boldman), Andrew Charles (Jennifer Kalb), Lindsey Bair (Johnathan Bair). Stepson Brian McCallister and his boys Kevin (Mariah) McCallister, Kyler McCallister, and Huxlee McCallister and stepdaughter Angie Fitzpatrick and her children, Kayla McCallister and David Fitzpatrick. Great grandchildren, Brandon (Courtney) Cornell, Grace Cornell, Shelby Cornell, Aubreyanna Charles, Austin Pettigrew, Jayston Bair, Ember Bair and great-great-grandson Kyren Cornell. Brothers, JR (Edna) Shuff, Roy Shuff, Dell (Sharon) Shuff, Frank (Nancy) Shuff, Roger (Bonnie) Shuff, and brother-in-law Delbert Jordan. Sisters Louise (Larry) Wright, Dottie (Harold) Percell and many more nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family would like to thank SOMC Hospice, and the nurses for their care as well as a special thank you to Teddy’s little brother Roger for being such a great help.

Service will be 1:00 pm Monday, July 1, 2019 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Nate Rollins officiating. Interment will follow in Scioto Furnace Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm service hour on Monday. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.harrison-pyles.com.
