Anthony Shawn Spencer

Anthony Shawn Spencer, 35 of Lucasville passed away Tuesday May 28, 2019 at SOMC Hospice.  He was born on July 14, 1983 to Rick Puckett and Nancy (Spencer) Puckett.

In addition to his parents Anthony is survived by his brother Jason Spencer; nephews, Gavin and Gaige Spencer; aunts, Tammy (Jim) Wolfe, Christy Miller & James Conley; uncle, Bub and Sharon Spencer; great aunt Betty Jo Smith affectionately known as “Mamaw Betty Jo.”  Anthony is preceded in death by his grandparents; Kenneth and Mary Spencer and Elbert and Eleanor Evans.

Anthony was a 2005 graduate of Vern Riffe School and loved watching the Dukes of Hazzard, going to church and yelling “I love you Dad!”

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway , Ohio, with Pastor Bob Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Puckett Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday May 31, 2019.
