Richard Steven Hughes

Richard Steven Hughes, 67, of Otway, Ohio passed away Monday, April 29, 2019 at his home.  He was born September 19, 1951 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Charles and Irene Hughes.  He is survived by two brothers, Samuel and Sherman Hughes of Otway, three nephews, Brian, Anthony and Barry and two nieces, Monica and Beth.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Hughes and Denver Hughes, and two sisters, Martha Logan and Annis Jean Hughes.

Richard attended STAR Workshop in Portsmouth, Ohio.

A graveside service will be held Friday May 3, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Otway Cemetery with Pastor Bob Davis officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 PM on Thursday May 2 at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway.
