Patricia Sue Emnett

Patricia Sue Emnett, 75, of Lucasville, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
She was born April 26, 1943 in Rushtown, a daughter of the late Glenn and Thelma Stephenson Emnett.
Patty was a retired Kindergarten Teacher for the Northwest Local School District and attended McDermott Methodist Church. She was a 1961 Northwest High School graduate and received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University.
She is survived by three brothers, Gene, Bud, and Mike Emnett of Lucasville; two sisters, Bettie Colley of McDermott, and Pam Blackburn of Danville, Ky., nieces, Jennifer Johnson, Elizabeth Luttrell, Rebecca Miculinich, Amanda Colley, and Gretchen Cayton; nephews, Rich Emnett, Drew Emnett, Jacob Emnett, and Brad LaMonte; great-nieces and nephews, Grace and Conner Emnett, Grant and Gavin Cayton, Samantha, Alex, and Noah Miculinich, and Emma Emnett.
Patty was also preceded in death by one brother, Glenn Grant Emnett.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2019 at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville with Al Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Rushtown Cemetery. Friends may call 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday and an hour prior to the funeral Sunday at the funeral home.
