Rebecca Ann Lewis

Rebecca Ann Lewis, “Becky”, 69, of Wheelersburg passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Best Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wheelersburg. Becky was born August 7, 1949 in Sciotoville to the late Charles and Avanelle Allard Carpenter. Becky was employed by the Ross Pike Educational Services in Administration. She was a member of First Church of Christ Dogwood Ridge and she was a Kentucky Colonel. Becky was also active with the Girl Scouts of America and she was the first female Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America. Becky is survived by her husband, William “Mike” Lewis, whom she married March 30, 1969 in Wheelersburg. Also surviving is a son, Christopher (Jennifer) Lewis and a daughter Rachel (Jim) Lemaster and a grandson, Christian McKinley Lewis. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made in Becky’s name to Camp Oyo. A Memorial service will be held for Becky at a later date.
