Roger Gerald Sessor, Jr.

Roger Gerald Sessor, Jr. 43, of South Webster, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 15, 2018.  Roger is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Kelli (Maloney) Sessor.  He is the son of Roger Gerald and Carol Sessor, Sr. of Lucasville and the late Latrica Sessor.  Also surviving him are four children who will miss him immensely, Megan, Emily, Abbi, and Andrew, all at home; two sisters, Nancy Mathias of Akron and Angela (Mike) Darlington of FL; one brother, John Christopher (Merritt) Sessor of West Portsmouth; brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve (Traci) Maloney, Kerry (Sue) Maloney, Jeremy (Nikki) Maloney, and Kim Jenkins, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins who he loved dearly and with whom he tried to keep in contact.

Roger was a former dispatcher and sheriff’s deputy for the Scioto County Sheriff’s office and member of the South Webster Fire Department until his illness.  He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and love to serve the Lord and his church.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Bishop Gene Cooper officiating.  Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery.  Visitation for friends and family will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 from 5 – 7:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service.  Condolences may be shared at www.DWSwickNelsonFuneralHome.com.
