Clarence Lee Lewis
Clarence Lee Lewis Age 78, of New Boston, went to be with the Lord Sunday, November 25, 2018 at his home. He was born May 12, 1940 in Vanceburg, Kentucky to Robert Lee and Gladys (Butler) Lewis. Clarence worked in construction for 28 years with the Laborer’s International Union 500 out of Toledo retiring in 1997. He attended North Moreland Christian Baptist Church, enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, flea-marketing, and was an avid Buckeyes fan. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed making people laugh.
Clarence is survived by his wife, Sarah; one son, Christopher Lee (Charlene) Lewis of Toledo; three daughters, Mary (Kevin) Andrews of Wheelersburg, Regina (Mike) Grant of New Boston, Marcella (Charles) Lancaster of New Boston; fourteen grandchildren, including special granddaughter, Sarah Ann (Brett) Johnson; seventeen great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary “Toots” Warren of Columbus. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tiffany, and a granddaughter who is missing, Megan Lancaster.
Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2018 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Paul Hagen officiating. Friends may call Friday from 6 – 7 p.m. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
