Louella Belle Dutton

Louella Belle Dutton, 82, of Portsmouth, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at SOMC’s emergency room.
She was born July 20, 1936 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late William and Clara Walker Ward.
Louella was a homemaker, a 1954 Minford High School graduate. She so loved and appreciated the ministry of the Wings of Healing Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Charlene Kay Martin of Chillicothe; two grandsons, Brian (Mindy) Martin of Chillicothe and Greg (Carrie) Martin of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; and four great grandchildren.
A memorial service for friends and family will be at a later date.
