Candy Dawn Sowards Kelley

Age 44 of South Webster, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018. She was born February 16, 1974 in Portsmouth, a daughter of Glenda (Smith) Shaffer and the late Ralph Shaffer. Candy was a graduate of South Webster High School, loved the outdoors, working in the garden, working on crafts, drawing, and watching dirt track racing.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky Kelley; daughters, Catherine (Todd Jr.) Donathan of Wheelersburg, Ashlee Secrist and Tiffany (LJ) Cook both of South Webster; sons, Ryan (Crystal) Kelley of Wheelersburg and Ricky Kelley Jr. of West Virginia; a sister Michelle (Todd Sr.) Donathan of Wheelersburg and 8 grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at D.W.
