William Henry Noel

William Henry “Billy” Noel, 61, of Wheelersburg, went to be with his Lord, Friday, July 13, 2018 at SOMC Hospice.
He was born August 12, 1956, a son of the late William Lee and Nevalene Phillips Noel.
Billy was a masonry restorer and a US Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Muncy Noel, July 6, 2018; one son, William Benjamin Noel of Columbus; one daughter Billie Jo Cox of McDermott; step-children, Josh, Jason, and Jody Kingrey, Harold Newman, Carol Newman, and Jennifer Newman; eight grandchildren, four being raised  at home, Cody, Catlaine, Haley, and Mikey; three brothers, Sandy Noel of Vidor, TX, Brian Noel of Lucasville, and Bart Noel of Portsmouth; and four sisters, Brenda Benner of Waverly, Debbie Swinning of Chillicothe, Angie Noel of Piketon, and Renee Theobold of Piketon.
Billy was also preceded in death by one brother, Ira Noel.
A memorial service will be conducted at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, 1018 at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville with his cousin Michael Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Howard Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Friends may call 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday prior to the memorial service.
