Russell “Rusty” Dee Bond, Jr.
Wheelersburg-Russell “Rusty” Dee Bond, Jr. 35, of Wheelersburg, Ohio. Rusty was born February 13, 1983 in Portsmouth, OH to Russell Dee Bond and the late Tina Bentley Debo. Rusty is survived by his grandmother, Barbara Jordan Martin Bentley who raised him from infancy “Grammie Mom”. Also surviving is an aunt, “Sis” Sima Jo Bentley; a brother, Shannon Bond; two sisters, Meagan Jo Cheney and Kendra Fisher and his father, Russell Dee Bond. In addition to his mother, Tina Bentley Debo, Rusty was preceded in death by two aunts, “Sis” Teco Kiera Bentley and Wendy Martin Bentley Barnes; Infant son Cameron Bond; a brother, Forrest Dale Cheney; step-dad, David Cheney and his sidekick “Buddy”, his dog. Rusty loved children, his family and friends and “Buddy”. He was very artistic and won both first and second place at Scioto County fair in his high school years for his drawing. Special thanks to sister-in-law and brother, Shannon, Trista and son J.J. for not giving up searching.
Memorial services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, Ohio. Condolences to the family may be made atwww.harrison-pyles.com.
