Gwili Ann Fisher

Gwili Ann Fisher, 85, of Wheelersburg, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018.  Gwili was a graduate of Portsmouth High School, class of 1950.  Gwili was preceded in death by her parents, Nobel and Juanita Prater; husband, Odis Fisher and son, Stephen Fisher.  She is survived by a son, Michael (Pam) Fisher and grandchildren, Lindsay, Lea and David; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Gowasack-Fisher and Alexander Fisher and sister-in-law, Jeanette Myers.  Special thanks to Mount Carmel Hospice for their care during Gwili’s illness.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday, April 9, 2018 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm service hour on Monday.  Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Gwili’s memory (www.cancer.org or American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK  73123.)  On-line condolences may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
